Dr. Tamika Hardy, PT, DPT, OCS

“I take pride in making sure every one of my patients can not only come back from injury; but continue to their post rehab journey while living a healthier life.”

Tamika began her physical therapy career in 2013 with the intention of making an impact in the healthcare industry. With 10 years of outpatient therapy experience, Dr. Hardy, PT, DPT, OCS follows the philosophy that therapy is most successful when people are treated as whole human beings, not as individual parts, and her work is focused on finding and treating the root causes.

In 2020, Dr. Hardy, PT, DPT, OCS developed a keen interest in helping patients dealing with pelvic health issues. This new found interest was triggered by her personal experience following the birth of her first child, when she encountered difficulties finding a pelvic floor therapist. Recognizing the lack of accessible services in this field, Dr. Hardy, PT, DPT, OCS committed her efforts to making pelvic health services more readily available to the communities in the Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia areas.
