Nyonna “Ny” Trott

Nyonna “Ny” Trott is our Front desk administrator at Better Health Physical Therapy. Although he has recently joined the team here at Better Health he has been an aide and front desk for close to 3 years, helping satisfy both patient and therapist needs. From the minute you walk through the door you’re greeted with a smile that stretches through the gym where his help is limitless.

Ny enjoys seeing patient progress both inside and outside of therapy with encouraging words every step of the way. When he’s not at Better Health you can certainly find him in the gym somewhere under a tub of protein, squat racks, bench presses and dumbells. With his recent fascination in overall mental and physical health it’s safe to say the gym is where Ny can geek out!

Outside of the gym he’s indulging in a little bit of retail therapy when it comes to shoes, the harder to find the better sprinkle in a bit of traveling, great food to stuff his face with, and spending quality time with his partner in crime, family, and friends. Ny is extremely passionate about helping people and its safe to say he is in the right place at Better Health Physical Therapy.
